Resmed O2 Tracker Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice ("Notice") describes how ResMed collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes the personal information we receive when you register and use the Resmed O2 Tracker by ResMed mobile app (“App”) to communicate with us or interact or engage with us or our services (collectively, the "Service" or "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to your personal information being handled as described in this Notice. Your use of our Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Notice, including the applicable terms governing limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes.
Applicability. The extent to which this Notice applies to ResMed’s handling of your personal information depends on how you interact with ResMed, including what product(s) you use and what authorizations you provide.
HIPAA authorizations. If you have completed a HIPAA authorization voluntarily authorizing ResMed to collect, use and disclose Protected Health Information (“PHI”), ResMed will process your personal information in accordance with that authorization and this Notice.
