9. Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for, or targeted to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from any children under the age of thirteen (13). If we learn that we have received information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete the information in accordance with applicable law. If you are a parent or legal guardian and learn that your child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us by emailing privacy@resmed.com.
