Data privacy framework
Under certain circumstances, as described in our DATA PRIVACY FRAMEWORK POLICY, RESMED relies on the EU-US DATA PRIVACY FRAMEWORK (the "DPF"), the "UK EXTENSION TO THE DPF," and the "SWISS-U.S. DATA PRIVACY FRAMEWORK" for data transfers from the EU, UK and Switzerland to the United States. In such circumstances, RESMED complies with the DPF, the UK Extension to the DPF, and the SWISS-U.S. DATA PRIVACY FRAMEWORK, as set out in our DATA PRIVACY FRAMEWORK POLICY.
